It’s never easy for a 10-year old to sit quietly. But Rajat felt extremely drowsy and lethargic.
His mom noticed that his glasses were slipping off and his jeans had come loose.
She stood up as Basu sir arrived.
“The reports are bad,” he said flashing some papers. “Your son has been diagnosed with diabetes.”

DeleteTragic...you know the best part of being with a kid is their nonchalant talks and action and when you miss out those you feel bit concerned...and a health problems are such traumatic for a parent that let them sway their child...!!!

DeleteAny disease in kids is sadder than if the same thing had happened to an adult.. it is as though their chance at a normal childhood has been snatched away unfairly...
